Have you ever wondered about the masterminds behind Boulder Escape Room? We are a  locally owned and operated, small family business.  Our family started the escape room in 2015 in a warehouse in North Boulder.

 

Astral is the entrepreneur and brains behind the games.  Astral grew up playing online escape games and building webpages.  He is also a local audio engineer and avid outdoorsman. 

 

Amy, his wife, assists with customer service and marketing.  She is also a local early childhood educator. 

 

Their daughter, now 4, has been a part of the family business since birth; sleeping soundly on mom while she helped set up the first Escape from the Psycho Killer and wearing masks to scare escapees with dad.

Our room, being one of the first to open in the state, has inspired others to open escape rooms.  We have been the catalyst for numerous family outings and teambuilding events.  We continue to challenge ourselves to create unique experiences that keep you coming back for more.  We always love to hear your feedback and regularly use your suggestions to make our escape room one of the best.
